Opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our leading Clinical Negligence team working from our Leicester office.

The role will be working with and supporting the experienced fee-earners on sometimes large and complex Clinical Negligence cases. Duties will include providing important and detailed support on cases by preparing, scheduling and organising relevant documentation, assisting senior fee earners in investigation and progression of their cases, as well as dealing with client enquiries both by telephone and in person.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a legal or medical environment within a Litigation team and will preferably have Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence experience. Candidates must have good organisational and time management skills and high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. You should process good IT skills and be dedicated to client care.
